Your visit to Plainfield River Tubing is designed to be simple, organized, and stress-free. From check-in to float-out, our staff handles the logistics so you can relax and enjoy the river knowing everything is taken care of.

ARRIVE 15 MINS BEFORE FLOAT time and check in with our staff. All waivers must be completed before your float begins. Our team will answer any last-minute questions and get you ready for the river.
You will be provided with a sanitized tube and a brief overview of what to expect. Groups are connected using ropes and carabiners to help everyone stay together during the float.

Staff will assist you into the river and remain available throughout the float.

We know exactly where your float ends and where to meet you. Our staff will be there to help you out of the river and wrap up your experience smoothly.
All rentals include complimentary shuttle back to your vehicle.

All reservations must be booked in advance. Full payment is required at the time of booking. All sales are final unless Plainfield River Tubing cancels.
Minimum age 5, Ages 5–14 must be accompanied by adult, Life jackets available at no charge.


Refunds are only issued if Plainfield River Tubing cancels due to weather or river conditions. In that case, you will receive a full refund and may re-book at your convenience.
Reservations may be transferred to friends or family for the same date and time. Transfer requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance, and waivers must be completed by the new guest.

No refunds are given for no-shows or missed reservations. Guests are expected to follow staff instructions and respect other guests, the river, and the surrounding community.
